Meet the Executive Team

Greg’s career in high-end residential landscaping has spanned over three decades including a degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State, many award-winning projects and a very successful business. With north of 30 years of experience, he’s mastered all aspects of design, construction and management and requires a very high standard of detail from his staff and support contractors. Greg’s attitude toward new projects and challenging scopes has contributed to a diversified portfolio of amazing outdoor living environments being enjoyed by many families in the Washington, D.C. area. Greg operates under the mantra that his clients deserve his “no fear” approach to their design challenges and works diligently to provide solutions that exceed their expectations. He is also very proud of his projects and likes to revisit them in future years to see how they are growing and being utilized.

Greg and his business partner Dave Klonicke grew up together in the Philadelphia area and always hoped to have a landscape company together. With Greg’s design skills and Dave’s operational talent, it was inevitable that the dream would become reality and they’re both ecstatic to see the company that it’s grown into today.

Outside the office, Greg and his wife enjoy a full life with three beautiful children and the typical busy calendar of a young family in Northern Virginia. He leads a team of parents in the design and construction of sets for his son’s drama productions, coaches travel baseball, and tries to find time for his true passion – fly fishing. Living in Western Loudoun, Greg and his wife are avid wine enthusiasts and have enjoyed the growing Virginia wine scene.
